From 1978 until 1991 Richard Ferrugio owned and operated The Food Gallery Inc, one of New York City's premier catering companies. Sit-down dinners for 25 - 1000, openings at Lincoln Center, galas at the Bronx Zoo, and WEDDINGS! The same attention to detail and exquisite food and service that Richard brought to the table for such clients as The New York City Ballet, Radio City Music Hall, and Steinway and Sons, can now be yours!
