Inn Policies

The following are the policies of Saratoga Rose Inn & Restaurant. If you have questions regarding our policies, please do not hesitate to call our toll free number, 800-942-5025, or 518-696-2861, or email us. We will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

1. All rates are per night, double occupancy, and include a full breakfast each morning.
2. Rates are subject to change without notice.
3. Minimum Stays: During Saratoga Racing Season, July 23 - August 31, 2008, we have a three night minimum on weekends (Thursdays through Sundays) and a two night minimum on weekdays. For certain Holiday periods we have a three night minimum stay at the prevailing weekend rates for that season. We have a two night minimum on weekends (Fridays & Saturdays) during the rest of the year. 
4. There is a third person charge of $40 per night.
5. 7% New York State Sales Tax and 1% Saratoga County Occupancy Tax will be added.
6. Advance Deposits / Confirmations: A deposit of one night's lodging is required for one or two-night stays. A deposit of 50% is required for stays of three nights or longer. You may pay for your deposit by Credit Card, Check, or Cash. Reservations are not confirmed until Deposit Payment is received. Please check your confirmation carefully. You will be responsible for the dates you choose.
7. Cancellations: Notify us with more than 2 weeks notice (3 weeks during Saratoga Racing Season and Holidays Periods), and we will refund your deposit minus a $25 processing fee. If notice is less than the required 2 or 3 weeks, your deposit will be refunded (minus the processing fee), only if we are able to rebook the room. Guests who “Do Not Show” or cancel on the day of arrival will incur the full cost of the reservation.
8. Excessive Damage Policy: Should bedding or furnishings require cleaning (beyond normal washing), repair or replacement as the result of misuse or carelessness, such charges shall be billed to the guests. If your room has a hot tub, and you put oils, bath salts, or soap bubbles into the tub, you will be assessed an extra cleaning charge of $50.
9. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the Mansion or Carriage House of Saratoga Rose Inn & Restaurant. Non-compliance will result in a minimum $100 cleaning charge.
10. Check-In / Early Check-In / Late Check-In:  Check-in is after 3:00PM.  We will be pleased to receive luggage early in the day by pre-arrangement.  Late Check-in after 11:00PM by pre-arrangement only.  A charge of $25 per half hour, or part half hour, will be made for late check-in.
11. Check-Out / Late Check-Out: Check-out is 11:00AM. A charge of $25 per half hour, or part half hour, will be made for late check-out.
12. The Inn is designed for adults. Well-behaved children over 12 years of age are welcome.
13. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.
