The Restaurant
Dining Rooms
The Restaurant at
Saratoga Rose Inn is open to Inn Guests ONLY, and to the public for
special events, like our Wine Club Dinners, catered parties and for
special holidays like Valentine's Day. The former sitting room, dining room, and library of this Victorian mansion, still adorned with their original marble fireplaces, stained glass windows, and hardwood floors, create a warm and inviting candle-lit setting for exceptional dining. The art hanging in the 3 main dining rooms include works by Maxfield Parrish, Allen Whiting and Anne Cook of Martha's Vineyard, a magnificent 19th century British Watercolor by Thomas Ellison, antique Victorian prints, as well as paintings by Richard who has almost 100 of his oils on canvas in private collections throughout North America. During the warmer months
you can also dine on the wrap-around veranda with peaceful views of the front gardens. Your hosts, Claude and Richard, extend a gracious invitation to enjoy a meal in their home. |

From 1978 to 1991 Richard's catering company, The Food Gallery Inc, with clients such as the New York City Ballet, Steinway & Sons, and Mayor Koch's Office of Special Events, provided some of the finest meals available in New York City. He brings his passion for great dining and his creative repertoire to Saratoga Rose Inn
- sophisticated cuisine in a romantic wooded setting away from the hustle and grit of the City.
Menus change seasonally.
